- Try to make them laugh
- Sense of humor does a great job
- Start from yourself
- Say something of interest to everyone
- Your own experience or others
- Say it with enthusiasm in a clear voice
- Sharp n to the point
- Don't drag
- Ppl don't have much patience these days unless u strike their cords
- Having said the above the most important thing is for us to chant for a happy successful gathering
- Lecture should be kept short
- Try Not to read toooooo much from print outs
- If possible speak main points stead of reading
- Invite +pick someone and ask if they have experience to share
- Ppl love to hear experience s
- Try to make your topics lively
- 懇談may sound a bit too serious
- Make it seem like a friendly gathering
- Your sincere concern n care about members well being n happiness is key to success
A Japanese senior member gave a talk in a big gathering
When asked questions there was only one response
He said he knew he would only get one response
BECAUSE he only paid one home visit
